Large bright and family house of 240m2, with enclosed garden of 600m2, in the heart of Vannes. We are located in a very quiet area (near Albert 1ier), only 8/10 minutes walk from the port and the old town.

Designed above all for families, the house offers beautiful and very bright volumes, a large living space and a beautiful garden with trees, ideal to enjoy the sunny days after a day of walking in the Gulf of Morbihan (bbq, plancha, ping pong table, etc )!

The house can accommodate up to 9 guests with beds (babies in addition with travel cot) and has 6 bedrooms, including a master bedroom on the first floor with double bed, private shower room and toilet, particularly appreciated for grandparents or parents wishing more tranquility.

The other 5 bedrooms are spread over the floors with several adapted configurations: 3 bedrooms with single beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 bedroom with pull-out bed for two beds.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Vannes malgré la chaleur, la maison est spacieuse et confortable au calme et proche du centre-ville, plein de balade à proximité (l’île aux Moines, plage, Carnac…etc)Bonne communication et bon accueil de l’hôte!!
