Located on the 1st floor without lift, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. Bright and spacious, this duplex apartment has all the necessary comfort and offers you a breathtaking view of the boats and the Rabine promenade.

The accommodation consists of the following:
- A 33 m² living room with TV, sofa and coffee table.
- A kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Three bedrooms with 3 double beds including 1 Queen-size (160×200) and 2 double beds 140 x 190.
- Two bathrooms with bathtubs
- Two separate toilets

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). We also offer you a few coffee capsules to enjoy your Nespresso coffee maker immediately.

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit close to all the essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:

- For those who come by car, several solutions: paid parking or free parking a little further from the accommodation. 1 Paid and underground car park at the bottom of the apartment under the port, the QPARK : reservation possible via their website for economical rates for the duration of your stay.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest station: Vannes SNCF station 8 min by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique at 1h15 by car.

To note :
- The nearby skate-park for children who have energy to spare.
- VAE electric bikes at the foot of the building which are available for walking on the Rabine and going to Conleau beach.

Markets on Saturday and Wednesday mornings: You must respect the parking bans from the evening before: Beware of the pound!
