Beachfront family house with pool - UHC ARENAL 332

Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this charming summer house is a fantastic place to enjoy a few days of relaxation on the Costa Daurada. The Arenal Beach is located just in front of the complex, allowing you to enjoy beautiful views. The mountains, the sea, and the beach create the perfect setting for your holiday. The house is part of the UHC ARENAL FAMILY COMPLEX, a residential development consisting of around 20 houses spread across several blocks, all sharing a large communal area with gardens and swimming pools (one for adults and a smaller one for children).



LAYOUT

The house has 2 floors:



- Ground floor: Fully equipped independent kitchen, a guest toilet, and a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the porch/terrace and a small private garden.



- First floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and terrace with sea views. Second bedroom with two single beds, and third bedroom with a single bed and the possibility of adding an extra bed. Second full bathroom with bathtub.



GOOD TO KNOW

- No group bookings or pets allowed.

- Air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool (one for adults and one for children).

- Communal area with direct access to the beach.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including submitting guest details and completing all payments. Otherwise, key collection cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.



EXTRA

A few metres from the complex, you will find the Hospitalet de L’Infant promenade. Near the marina, on the beach, is Chiringuito Sant Roc, offering excellent fish dishes at a good price and with great service.
