The UHC ARCO DEL SOL FAMILY COMPLEX residence has a privileged location on the beachfront of Playa del Arenal, awarded the Blue Flag for the quality of its waters.



The centre of L'Hospitalet de l'Infant is 2 km from the complex. It is the perfect place to spend a few days of relaxation with family in front of the beach. Without mass tourism, you can enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and the proximity of a mountainous area to practise outdoor activities. There is a wide range of possibilities to explore in the surrounding area.



DISTRIBUTION:

The area offers a wide variety of water activities, such as diving and windsurfing, as well as hiking and cycling for nature lovers. L'Hospitalet de l'Infant also has a good selection of restaurants, where you can taste typical Mediterranean cuisine dishes and fresh seafood. Furthermore, in the city centre, you will find shops, markets and all the necessary services for a comfortable and pleasant holiday.



If you want to enjoy a special experience, we recommend going to El Búho Piano Bar. Since 1995 programming live music (Rock, Blues & Country) and serving unique cocktails. During high season they have live music almost every night and there is a very good atmosphere.

Emplacement parfait

L’emplacement est parfait et la vue magnifique. Le voisinage est calme, et le restaurant à côté propose parfois une animation agréable. Un parking gratuit se trouve en face : il est vite saturé en journée, mais se libère chaque soir. Miami Platja et Hospitalet sont accessibles en seulement 5 minutes. Enfin, les employés de UHC sont toujours aussi agréables : c’est un vrai plaisir de passer par cette agence. La literie pour adultes est vraiment inconfortable, et c’est malheureusement récurrent dans les appartements UHC, ce qui est dommage. La clé de la résidence ne fonctionnait pas : j’ai dû faire un aller-retour à l’agence (42 km) pour la changer, mais le problème a persisté. Elle ouvre difficilement la porte de la résidence et ne permet pas d’acceder au parking par l'interieur, ce qui oblige à faire le tour à chaque fois. Enfin, même si ce n’est pas dramatique, devoir vider soi-même les bouteilles de vidange de la climatisation est contraignant. Ma fille, qui s’en est chargée, n’a pas du tout apprécié cette corvée.

La proximité de la mer, la propreté de l'appartement, la vue, l'emplacement de la résidence. Appartement qui nécessite une rénovation pour le moderniser. La salle de douche qui ne peut pas être utilisée dégage de mauvaises odeurs. Le lit de la chambre principale doit être changé : matelas très inconfortable, trop dur, on sent les ressorts et posé sur un sommier trop petit rendant le couchage instable et inutilisable. Prévoir quelques capsules de café pour le 1er jour adaptés à la cafetière mise à disposition dans la location (modèle différents dans chaque location).

Sitio ideal para desconectar, "lejos del mundanal ruido". El servicio de la agencia, impecable. Solicité un tendedero para la ropa, y me lo facilitaron inmediatamente. El colchón de la cama doble muestra signos de desgaste que le restan comodidad.

Esta en la mejor playa de la zona, con vistas directas a ella, sin aglomeraciones y con un ambiente familiar. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, y eso nos salvó las siestas. Un seul bémol: l'appartement n'était pas très propre (coussins et canapé) et avons dû nettoyer l'appartement en entrant.
