We needed a place to stay for a night during a road trip and this place was great for us. Our three small kids were able to play in the backyard and the house is nice and clean. The room upstairs has a few toys which was helpful. Overall it was exactly what we needed, easy to access, minutes from the highway, close to food.

Wonderful last minute trip

This was a super last minute trip with another couple, booked the day before. Communication and instructions were great. Place was accommodating and clean. Bottled water, snacks and Keurig coffee provided. Large fenced in yard was great for our dog. Great location to visit Aullwood Nature Center and hike to see Thomas Dambo's Trolls. Drive was no more than 30 minutes for most of the museums we visited on our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great find!

We stayed here to attend our daughter‘s graduation at the University of Dayton. This was a great find and only about 15 minutes away from the campus plenty of room for our entire family.

Perfect

Great for our 3 night stay while attending WGI Percussion World Championships! Great location, close to I-75. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Only problem was a very bright parking lot next store, which could be fixed with a room darkening shade. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town one night for a soccer game and this worked out perfectly. Communication was quick and friendly, house was clean and cozy, nicely decorated. My husband loved the laminated information sheets. All was good!

Nice stay

We were here for only one night. Very easy to check in and used the garage for the night. One thing to consider is it’s off a main road so there is some road noise and it’s right next door to the Domino’s which has parking lot lights that come in the bedroom windows at night no matter the room. The beds were ok and the shower was nice and stocked. Overall a great stay.

Truly wonderful!

This is a host that goes well above and beyond to be sure guests are happy and have absolutely everything they need! The kitchen was so well equipped with modern like-new appliances, coffee maker with a variety of K-cup coffees and a “snack basket” bonus. The bedrooms were nice-sized, the beds were comfy, and the accompanying bathrooms were super clean and had clean, fresh towels, basic amenities (hand soaps, shampoo, consider) and laundry. Entry and guest instructions were clear. Having the enclosed back yard and comfy patio was so nice at the end of busy days. We will definitely stay here again!
