I was not happy with my reservation. I reserved a King one bedroom suite 6 weeks before my stay. I had a confirmation that that room was reserved. when I got my room it was a standard Queen room. Someone changed the type of room from King One Bedroom Suite to the Queen room. The reason you make a reservation is so you know what your getting

Disgusting - do not stay here.

First, I given a room that was not clean. And I don't mean little things here and there - there was trash all over the tables, the bed was unmade and it smelled bad. They did quickly replace my room but it was gross to experience. The second room was much better until I looked in the toilet and saw mold or something else that's black under the rim, which was fully visible from my bedroom so I'm not sure how the cleaner would have missed it. There was also long hair on the back of my toilet, and I'm bald.

I booked a King One Bedroom Suite and I had to pay upfront for 2nts and no changes or cancelations aloud.They gave me a stander Queen room instead.I have problems sleeping in a Queen Bed so I always book a King Bed. they must not what a reservation is and why it's made.

The property has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh and clean during our stay (and i loved the halloween deco). As an Asian American, I was pleasantly surprised to find steamed rice offered at breakfast—a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. That said, I do have two small concerns. First, the room was advertised as having a king-size bed, but we were given a queen instead. Second, I wasn’t informed at check-in about the $5/day parking fee, which was charged separately despite Expedia stating that all taxes and fees were included. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few details that could be improved for better transparency.

They charged me to money from my card to pay for the room when prior to arriving i paid through Expedia but since they took my card info for incedentals they used my info and took more money for the room which i did not authorize. I still haven't recited a refund or my deposit back.

I had a hard time with 1am-3am noise from the room above but after mentioning to front desk it stopped. I was surprised with oboe practice on one side and a dog barking on the other the next morning. That was short lived. I would like them to offer gluten free muffin for breakfast. Glad they had almond milk as well. It was a pleasant stay other than the noise issues. I was not expecting to pay for parking although the charge was minimal $5 per day.

Was pleasantly surprised to get to the hotel and get an upgrade to a 2 room suite! Very nice suite, comfortable for us on a girl’s trip. Loved the pancakes and breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff (Kelli) was fabulous. She went above and beyond to accommodate the nice quiet room! Everything is very conveniently located and the place is nicely updated. Highly recommend this place!

The suite was very clean and accommodating along with the preset temperature. The managers were flown out from DC to support the staffing. Although they were not knowledgeable of the local venues and vendors they provided a list of loxals that I could dine at which was helpful.

The only thing I can say is that the property and rooms are pumped full of fragrance (I did not see the rooms, desk clerk said rooms smelled as strong as lobby), so if you are sensitive or allergic to fragrance like I am don't book with them. The listing should state clearly that the entire property smells strongly of fragrance.
