Decent, budget-friendly motel for a quick side-of-the-road stay. Room was decently clean on the surface, but while examining the mattress and bedding for any sign of bed bugs, I happened to notice that there was a lot of dirt and grime built up behind the bed frame and in some of the corners of the room near the freestanding lamp and the window. That should probably be addressed. On the bright side, nothing bit me while I slept that night, no welts or red marks in the morning, and my examination of the bedding, which I think was pretty thorough and included the mattress and the box spring as well, didn't turn up any sign of any bed bugs, so that's a huge plus and a huge win for this place in my book. I would rather stay in a budget hotel with no bed bugs than any hotel, even a luxury one that has them. I will say that their continental breakfast could use a little work. It looks like they have a pan out there that they can use to provide sausage patties and eggs and keep them warm in the way that you might see at like a Best Western, but I didn't see any sausage or egg patties out there, and their continental breakfast offerings were just a little limited, but I guess considering the location of the hotel, depending on their capacity and flow of the number of guests, I can kind of understand why they might want to limit their costs, but if they were looking to improve something, I would just make sure that the rooms are clean, corner to corner, just give it a really good vacu
