IN VALRAS-PLAGE, beautiful 50-square-meter ground-floor duplex apartment for rent, fully equipped, 20 meters from the beach, with a terrace and private parking space. Located in a small, quiet building near many shops. Sleeps up to 7 people.

The first floor features a large living area with a sleeper sofa and a kitchenette; a bathroom with a shower and washing machine; and a separate toilet.

The upper floor features a large 17 m² family bedroom with two 90-series bunk beds and a 140-series bed, offering a sea view, as well as a 10 m² master bedroom facing the parking lot. All bedrooms are equipped with large closets.

The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator-freezer, multifunction microwave oven, television, coffee makers (Senseo and standard), electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and everything you need for a great vacation right by the water.

We don’t have air conditioning, but we provide fans, and the apartment’s open layout allows it to stay cool thanks to the sea breeze.

Ideal for large families or blended families.

If you have a young child, we can provide a crib and a booster seat that doubles as a high chair (€10).

Sheets, towels, and linens (€12/person) and cleaning (€50) are optional.
