"Please note: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The apartment is located on Avenue des Elysées in Valras-Plage. A private garage is provided for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating for your comfort. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils are also provided. Linens and towels are included. The apartment is suitable for children and infants. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Please respect our house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Enjoy your stay!



Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
