Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it offers comfort and convenience with air conditioning, included Wi-Fi and bed linen provided. Your pets are welcome! For any stay of 5 nights or more, a complimentary bottle of red wine is offered.



The Space:

Enjoy a 31 m² ground-floor apartment designed for your comfort.

The sleeping area is equipped with suitable bedding, while the reversible air conditioning and a quiet fan ensure the ideal temperature. You’ll also find additional heating, Wi-Fi included and a TV for relaxing moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Fridge

• Microwave

• Full set of dishes and utensils

Basic supplies are also provided (sponge, washing-up liquid, hand soap, floor cleaner depending on the owner’s setup).

Bed linen is provided, including:

• Sheets, duvets and pillows

• Bath towels (one per person)

For any stay of 5 nights or more, a bottle of wine is offered.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring total independence and privacy throughout their stay.

• Lively neighborhood in summer, but a quiet street

Getting Around:

Everything is accessible on foot – you can forget your car!

Parking:

• Free on-street parking outside the high season

• From 15 June to 15 September: paid parking from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00

• Weekly pass: approx. €30 at the parking meters, valid in all paid zones for the same licence plate

• Free alternatives 5 to 15 minutes on foot, with a free shuttle (last stop 2 minutes from the apartment)

Nearby car parks:

• Paid car parks Marie-Thérèse & Magrou (2 minutes away)

• Free zones slightly further from the centre

Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"

The Valras’Loc team is available 7 days a week to assist you during your stay. Late arrivals are possible on request. We do our best to ensure your holidays are as smooth and worry-free as possible.
