The breakfast was what we have come to expect at Hampton Inn. The condition of the room was disappointing. The mattress seemed old and not firm. The blinds were a bit tattered and the carpet was filthy. Front desk staff was efficient but not terribly friendly or welcoming. Will not stay at this property again.

There was a problem with my reservation with my dog and his weight. The clerk had to contact her manager to see if they could do anything for me. While waiting for her to call back she called some of theother hotels around to see if any of them could help me, none could. The manager called back and since I had all the paperwork for my registration which included showing the max dog weight, so she told the clerk to go ahead and give it to me. Their breakfast wasnt as good as I expected it was a big let down.

Room was pretty clean. A little mildew around the lip of the shower pan but im being picky. The AC was on when i arrived and it was chilly in my room, perfect for me. I arrived late and there was a group of men hanging out and drinking at the entrance. Looked like they were there for a convention or conference. Room was quiet and clean. Staff was very nice.
