The breakfadt incident

Upon arrival I was greeted very kindly even with a wait while other guests checked in. Everything was spot on. Room was nice, clean and up to date. The TV remote did not work which was taken care of upon request. Pillowsxand bed were comfortable and relaxing. Bath was spacious and appointments were great, places to hang rmtiwels, a little ledge for essentials, usb plug in that work etc. I did a 2 night stay and did not have breakfast my first morning but did my second. This is where there was a little hiccup. The breakfast person was not as friendly. There were 10 people having breakfast when she started clean up at 945. I got up to get a waffle and that was when I realized she was putting items away already. Other guests did not even have toast as I got the last two pieces at 920am. Not hard to put a few slices of bread out. I wanted a coffee refill and was frowned at when I entered the breakfast area with one side closed and told they have coffe by the front desk. This was at 10am on the dot. Not the best way to end a stay. Check out was easy and otger than the breakfast incident. I would stay again.

Nice hotel, BUT....

The hotel and staff were great. The room was clean and in good condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The reason for the 3 star review was, the toilet was the lowest I have ever sat on, and to make matters worse, the toilet paper holder is mounted on the wall behind the seat of the toilet and right behind your shoulder, making it impossible to reach while sitting. Very poorly thought out.

Stay Away from Hilton Properties!!!!!

Room was crawling with ants, smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. Maintenance sprayed for the ants and I was unable to get another room because they were sold out. This is a stink hole and no one should stay here. Was suppose to stay 2 nights I left at 1:30 pm the next day after work and they refused to refund me for the last stay let alone discount anything. The ants were crawling all over my wife's legs!!!
