It is on the heights of Valojoulx, a typical village of the Périgord Noir, located in the canton of Montignac-Lascaux, that you will discover the House "Les Tratinneries" and its large private swimming pool.
This beautiful family home in the Périgord Noir is the ideal place for large tribes to meet. The house, located in the middle of nature, benefits from an ideal geographical location. It is located in the middle of the golden triangle including Les Eyzies (Cro-Magnon man), Montignac (the caves of Lascaux IV) and Sarlat (the medieval city).
The house is air-conditioned and completely renovated and furnished with care to give it a warm and friendly atmosphere. An interior decorator helped us in the choice of colors and furniture to offer you a space of 130 m2 full of charm and refinement.
We welcome you with a local basket on your arrival to taste the delicacies of our region.
When you enter the living room through large bay windows, your eye will immediately be drawn to the view of the greenery that is offered to you.
For early risers, you will have the chance to see deer that will accompany you during your breakfast.
During the day, you can relax in a private and heated swimming pool of 6*12m (secure) with a terrace of 150 m2 in natural stone and the soft rocking of the song of the cicadas...
In the evening, you can enjoy the terrace of the house in the shade, having a drink with family or friends.
Children will be able to play and let off steam thanks to the many games available (ping-pong table etc...) Outside, petanque, table tennis, ball, badminton - inside, books, board games, Lego, markers and colored pencils...
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
You also have a covered and enclosed garage and a room to store bicycles and bulky luggage.
When you arrive, the beds are made and you will find towels and pool towels. We provide you with dish towels, sponges and cleaning products.
Below, the heart of the small village of Valojoulx with the 12th century Saint-Laurent Church listed as a historical monument, its magnificent pond and its typical and friendly farmers' market every Friday evening in the summer.
The presence of this very ancient heritage, the proximity of the river, the picturesque and diversified relief of this valley with beautiful landscapes make hiking very pleasant thanks to a good marking of the paths in the context of a large afforestation and a very varied vegetation.
Enjoy your holidays to the fullest, we can book visits to caves or castles on request, show you the best restaurants, offer you unusual horse or pony rides with swimming in the river, the best routes for hiking or mountain biking.
