We acquired this property in December 2023. We fell in love with this building. As part of its renovation, we wanted to keep the soul of this house. Sandrine and Ludovic welcome you to the cottage: l'Olivier. Provençal inspiration. Located in a small real estate complex (Lou Caladou) composed of an old straw farm and an old wine building, containing a second cottage for four people. It is located on the first floor of the old straw farm below our accommodation, in a residential area close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, pizzeria, restaurant, wine shop).<br><br>- Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked under cover in the enclosed enclosure of the buildings<br><br>It is equipped to accommodate 4 people with 1 bedroom, (bed 160) and en-suite bathroom, a lounge area with a BZ 140 sofa, an open kitchen overlooking the living room, a separate toilet, a covered terrace (arbour) and a cocooning garden area.<br>You can enjoy the unheated covered swimming pool area (PRIVATE for the gîte in July and August and shared with the owners in the off-season). Direct access through the bay window of the living room, lockable for security. <br>It is located a 5-minute walk from the Ardèche gorges. Swimming, canoeing, tree climbing park, laser game and a children's play village (accrokid), rental of electric scooters and quads. Walks or bike rides in the surrounding area with the proximity of the greenway can complete your activities.<br><br>Many tourist sites await you:<br> The Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave2, the Aven d'Orgnac, the Beaume and Chassezac gorges, the silk museum, the crocodile farm and many others.... <br><br>Discover our villages: <br>Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms, Balazuc Voguë ... <br>Stroll through the markets of local producers and craftsmen.<br><br>In addition, if you wish, you can discover mosaics for adults and children by booking a mosaic course or course during your stay. Make your creation and leave with it. I am a mosaic craftsman and I will be delighted to welcome you in my workshop to share my profession and my passion with you.<br><br> As part of sustainable development, the cottages are served by a photovoltaic power plant and two composters are at your disposal.<br><br>- Our 4-legged friends are not allowed <br><br>Refundable deposit of 1000 €.<br> Please provide a deposit check of 1000 € on arrival.<br> Return of the deposit after the inventory of fixtures of your departure.<br><br> Option per stay to be paid on arrival:<br>- End of stay cleaning: 60€<br>- Sheets on arrival: 12€ bed 160 and 10€ for BZ 140.
