CHARMING AIR-CONDITIONED STONE RESIDENCE WITH HEATED SWIMMING POOL

Cottage of 140 m2 in the middle of a 2500 m2 plot planted with century-old trees and vines, quiet and close to the city center. Gite class 4 stars by the new standards of furniture tourism. On the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2 with TV, Blue ray player, wifi, fully equipped American kitchen, a terrace with barbecue of 35 m2 not overlooked with a view of the Pont d'Arc cave and the Mont d'Ardèche and a master bedroom in a vaulted cellar with open bathroom. On the first floor, a TV lounge and games console, a double bedroom with shower room, walk-in shower; a toilet. On the second floor two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and a bathroom and wc. The restoration was carried out by us (I am a carpenter) and craftsmen from Vallon, the materials used are stone, metal and wood in a contemporary spirit. The ground and the swimming pool are common to the two gites. You can also enjoy a 120 m2 terrace around the swimming pool, a bowling green, a ping pong table and a shaded relaxation area with hammock, swing ... The Mas Délices area is quiet and green while being close to the center of the village and the river, young and old will find their happiness ....

There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.
