Ski room with electric boot dryer (in summer, room for bicycles and for 2 motorcycles). Beautiful detached house located 200 m from the Moulin Benjamine chairlift and 1 km from the Valloire shopping center (shuttle 150 m away) in a residential area, near the road to the Galibier pass. Very comfortable with a living room with large bay windows. Large plot of land with garden furniture, barbecue, trampoline and swing. Very beautiful open view of the valley and the Galibier massif.
