House with a 250m2 plot located in the beautiful town of Vallgorguina only 5min from Sant Celoni, 25min from the beach and 45min from Barcelona. It is distributed on one floor with a large outdoor area consisting of a furnished terrace, garden, private pool 2x4.5x1m available from 01/06 to 30/09, hammocks for sunbathing, barbecue and ping pong table, all with amazing Montseny mountains views. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for two extra guests in the living room. It has a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, flat screen TV with streaming service (Netflix), billiards, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, parking in the surroundings and sheets and towels included.Key collection takes place from 4pm through a safe deposit box. It is a smoke free property. Pets are welcomed with an additional cost of 30€/animal, with a maximum of 2. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. We must authorize the reservation in advance if you are going to invite additional visitors. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
