This impressive duplex two-bedroom Palazzino forms part of the historic St. Augustine priory which is one of Valletta's oldest buildings.

It is located in the center of Valletta, minutes away from most tourist sites, museums, and popular restaurants and cafes, yet in a quiet street.

As one walks into the apartment, you are immediately embraced by the high ceilings, arches, and large natural stone which truly capture the architectural heritage of the original building.

On the ground floor, the property offers a very large marble shower room with a toilet, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large stone staircase leads to the main living area which comprises of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining and two double bedrooms, the main one having a marble ensuite bathroom (without a toilet). One of the bedrooms gets its privacy from the stunning pink curtains, in line with the Art Deco style of the property.

The floor is made of the original Maltese tiles, giving to the property a traditional feel.
