A beautiful apartment in a designer-finished block of 5 that has been renovated with all modern amenities, located less than a minute walk from all shops and cultural sites in Valletta.

This apartment features 2 traditional Maltese balconies overlooking the iconic stepped Santa Lucia. This is one of the most lively and charming streets of Valletta that has attracted many filmmakers and photographers' eyes with side views of the Grand Harbour and Fort St Angelo across the distance. This gorgeous street becomes alive during the afternoon and night with restaurants and wine bars. Due to this, please be prepared for the noise of such city life.



As you enter the apartment you are greeted by the main room that includes a dining and living area including a large sofa bed and TV unit with another lovely balcony overlooking St Lucy Street.
