Mediterranean vacation homes by the sea in a quiet location, with a garden and barbecue

We built our beautiful Sa Fiorida vacation homes in a traditional Mediterranean style. They are situated in a quiet location and blend seamlessly into the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria), not far from shops, restaurants, bars, and more.

Summer vacations are also available during Pentecost and in October (air temperature: 20–27°C and water temperature: 20–23°C)

The houses impress with their imaginative architecture. The spaces are comfortable, fully furnished, and ideal for families. All accommodations feature a TV, a private garden, and—almost all of them—a rooftop terrace with a sea view.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining (pots, frying pans, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.). If anything is missing or has been broken, we can add or replace it at any time. An iron is also available.

All beds are equipped with pillows and blankets. Bed linens and towels can be rented from us for a fee.

The local sandy beach is just 200-400 meters away.

Depending on availability, guests can also check in and out daily.

Our family is always available to assist our guests. We want to introduce our guests to the authentic side of Sardinia. That’s why we organize excursions into the interior, boat trips, and traditional Sardinian dinners at a local farm (away from the usual tourist crowds).

What sets our service and the location of our accommodations apart?

(6) Minclub for children ages 4–10
(7) Breakfast service: We also offer our guests a breakfast service at our reception desk.
(8) In the Sa Fiorida vacation home area: soccer field, volleyball court, and bocce courts. These facilities are available to all our guests at any time, free of charge.
(9) Just 200-400 meters away is a 15-km-long sandy beach—one of the largest in northern Sardinia—with plenty of space to run around and relax.
(10) We also offer numerous bike tours (including guided tours ranging from 20 to 100 km) for all ages and skill levels, and we rent out bicycles. We also have our own bike repair shop.
(11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (year-round): sailing school and equipment rental, surfing and diving school, SUP, kitesurfing, canoe excursions and rentals, and boat trips on the Coghinas River
(12) Local shops, restaurants, an ice cream parlor, bars, a bakery, a church, and a playground are just a short walk away. The largest local supermarket is open year-round, including Sunday mornings.
(13) More than 50 km of trails and paths in the immediate vicinity for hiking, walking, and biking
(14) Excursions: We also organize excursions on the water (on the Coghinas River and at sea) and on land
(15) Cooking and language courses: We want to introduce our guests to the authentic aspects of Sardinia. That’s why we offer cooking classes for culinary delights and language classes to help you understand the local culture better.
