The apartment has a comfortable living room with a sitting area and a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom, and can accommodate 5 people. It also has air conditioning, a television, a baby cot and a children’s bed (both beds on request). The outdoor terrace overlooks the colourfully-painted houses in the area, with garden furniture, a sun lounger and a parasol, inviting you to spend hours together under the Italian sun. The apartment is perfect for those who want to experience firsthand some Italian flair. The centre of Valledoria, with a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops, can be reached after 550 m or a 6-minute walk and the next kilometre-long sandy beach, Spiaggia di San Pietro, is 2.3 km or a 5-minute drive from the property.



For a 6th person a single bed can be provided on request. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request and for an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
