Sa Sinia: historic finca near Valldemossa

Finca Sa Sinia is an 18th-century Mallorcan country house between Valldemossa and Deià. Surrounded by gardens, orchards and terraces, it combines the character of a historic finca with the space and comfort to enjoy it throughout the year.

With approximately 600 m², six bedrooms, nine beds and four bathrooms, the house sleeps up to 12 guests. Several living rooms and quieter corners make it particularly comfortable for families and groups of friends: there is plenty of room to spend time together without needing to do everything together.

The large main kitchen and dining area are the natural heart of the house, made for cooking, leisurely breakfasts and long conversations around the table. Two additional kitchenettes provide extra convenience.

A separate study/library offers a quiet place to read or work, with a proper desk, a comfortable chair and good lighting. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, with other comfortable places to work when more than one guest needs to connect.

All six bedrooms and the main kitchen have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The other living spaces have heating and fans. Four working fireplaces, with firewood supplied, bring warmth and atmosphere to the cooler months.

Outside, the gardens, orchards and terraces offer different places to eat, read or simply spend the day. The private water tank was created from the finca’s former water cistern, retaining a distinctive part of its history. There is also a barbecue, on-site parking, a table-tennis table and a playroom with games for different ages.

Sa Sinia is especially well suited to families and groups of 8–12 looking for a house with character, generous space and access to both the mountains and Mallorca’s west coast.
