The villa is ideal for families or groups looking for both comfort and location. Spend the morning by the pool, head to the beach in Cannes, enjoy a tennis session at Mouratoglou, or play a round at Cannes-Mougins Golf Club — all while returning to a peaceful home base in the hills of Vallauris/Golfe-Juan.

Villa Bagatelle offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom and 1 guest toilet , all the rooms are equipped with AC units:



🔸Master bedroom (on the ground floor) with a Queen-size bed, ensuite full shower room & dressing room, and access to the west terrace

🔸Bedroom 2 (on the ground floor) with a mezzanine bed (1m30), ensuite shower room, and access to the east terrace

🔸Bedroom 3 (on the 2nd floor) with a double bed (size 140x200) and an attached reading/office room

🔸Bedroom 4 (on the 2nd floor) with a single bed 90x190cm, which can be extended into 180x190cm. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom situated on the same floor

🔸Studio (adjacent to the house and with a separate entrance) Queen-size bed, and ensuite full shower room

🔸10 x 5 m pool, ranging from 1m to 2.5m in depth with a large pool deck fitting 6 lounge chairs

💠Parking: 2 private parking spaces are available, one in the courtyard and a 2nd one in front of the gate. Additional free street parking is available. PLEASE NOTE that you need a car to get around in the area, public transportation in this area is very limited.

💠Airport Transfers: Can be arranged upon request.



Other things to note:



💠Security cameras are installed outside the house and in the garden

💠Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas (not in the house).

💠The property is maintained weekly by a gardener and our pool maintenance staff.

💠Our cat (Mishi) lives on the property , outside of the house. She’s generally shy and limits her interaction with the guests.

Villa Bagatelle offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful villa setting in the hills, with quick access to the coast and Riviera activities. The nearest beach, Golfe Juan and Cannes, are around 15 minutes away, with Nice airport around 25 minutes away.

Perfect for: Beach holidays, tennis trips, golf weekends, family gatherings, Cannes events, and guests who want space and calm without being far from the Riviera action.



The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Public transport is limited, we advise you to have a car to move around.



The supermarkets are 2 km away: the hypermarket Leclerc, the pharmacie, the boulangerie.



Vallauris-Golfe Juan is ideally located between Cannes and Nice, a great departure point to visit the Côte d'Azur: 10 min to the Golfe Juan beach, 15 min to Cannes beach, 20 min to Antibes beaches. (we'll give you lots of tips about the best beaches, hidden from tourists).



Nice is 30 min away, Monaco 45 min by car.

You need a car to get around in the area. There is a parking place available inside the property and another parking place outside, right in front of the gate. Additional street parking is available, free of charge.

✹ CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all adult guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation.

One week before arrival, you will receive an automatic email. You must use this link to:

- Upload the IDs of all guests.

- Complete the mandatory €1000 credit card authorization.

Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and we don't hve your credit card on file, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.



✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: As we are fully booked and we operate on a tight schedule between reservations, we can't accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.



✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.



✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee.
