Real Valencia experience

Really nice 2 bedroom apartment in a residential area of Valencia. Lots of shops and cafe/bars locally but fewer restaurants to go for "a night out". About 6 minutes walk to metro. Number 11 bus used very often as it goes to market/old town from just around the corner. Apartment has quirky decor and is very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was extremely helpful throughout. Some Spanish was helpful to complete the key handover. Generally little English spoken around the city. If you want to explore the city from an ordinary residential neighborhood then this is a great place to stay.

Excellent stay

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for over a month. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the metro, restaurants and shopping. Pascal was very easy to communicate with and Roberto, who met us at the apartment was kind and informative. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Comfortable apartment far from the Historic Center

The apartment met my needs after some rearranging of furniture so I could use half the dining table as a desk. The kitchen is ample, with enough counter space for preparing meals. I particularly liked being able to control the room temperatures with individual controls. Be prepared, however, to provide your own bags for recycling, and to buy paper towels, napkins, and additional toilet paper should you need more than two rolls.

Perfect for us

We are 2 friends who travelled to Valencia for The Fallas. This was a perfect location away from the crowds but easy to get everywhere either by bike share, metro or walking. Grocery stores are close by and there was a street market on Saturday morning.

Excellent accommodation with air conditioning

The apartment was immaculately clean and contained everything that we needed during our stay. Supermarket, local shops and eateries near by. About 30 to 40 minutes walk to the centre. About 20 minutes walk to the lively Ruzafa neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro stop. Overall a lovely apartment, we would return and recommend. Wonderful Work Holiday in Valencia Spain

After a very busy year and at the beginning of an even busier summer I stayed with my family for 10 days in this location. I had a great time and managed to even relax for a few days. The cherry on top was when one morning we went out for a walk and stepped into a local market that had been placed on the street in front of our building. We loved the surprised and really enjoyed the near house shopping experience.

Great location, beautifully clean, for me and my family and on first floor.

A perfect home from home for a family of 4

There was nothing this apartment didn’t have! Cleanliness was second to non and the beds very comfortable. It was a great location for us and we were very happy with the neighbourhood (especially the children as there are plenty of parks nearby). The apartment looks brand new. It is charming, loved the neighborhood, families walking around at 10 o’clock at night, it was walking distance from the metro which made it exceptionally easy to get to the beach. Local shops, fruit stores, olive shops, pizza, bakeries and groceries all walking distance. Pascal is quick to answer any questions. The apartment itself is fully loaded with everything that you will need. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the tv but I’m sure that was operator error. I hope to come back soon.

Enjoyable experience in Valencia

The place has everything you need - dishwasher, washer, TV, high speed Internet, plenty of dishes, very clean and comfortable. Two blocks to metro station, one block to supermarkets and the farmers market. Plenty of restaurants and pastry shops in the neighborhood. I was staying at Pascal's place for a month and sometimes was coming home late and always felt secured and safe. Pascal replays to any requests immediately and does everything to accommodate you. Very enjoyable experience in Valencia.

Great apartment,. Clean tidy and just what we wanted.

The Apartment was in quiet street in old suburb of Valencia. It was fitted out with absolutely everything you could want to enjoy your stay. Metro 5 minutes walk gives very easy access to City centre and all the wonderful sights. Would definitely go there again. Pascal and Elba so very helpful. Many thanks for a lovely holiday.

Nice Apartment

We stayed 5 nights while I was taking classes in the old town section. The apartment was very comfortable ... clean, bright, well-furnished. We did get familiar with public transportation but never really found a convenient way into town which was a 2 kilometer walk, which got a bit long for us senior citizens. Bike paths are well-done in the city but there was no place to park one near the apartment.

Warm and welcoming flat in Valencia.

Pascal’s apartment was far beyond our expectations. It was an unbelievably beautiful and comfortable place to call home while we were in Valencia. We were greeted, after traveling nearly 24 hours to arrive from Hawaii, by Pascal’s friend Elba. She showed us where everything was in the flat and was so very patient with our poor Spanish. The main living area is a great place to sit and collect our thoughts and plan our excursions, during Las Fallas. While the kitchen is small, it has nearly everything a premier vacation rental should have. The bathroom is complete with a wonderful shower, including shower soap, a bidet and a towel warmer. With the instant hot water heater, we were able to get our showers with gloriously warm water. Since it was chilly during our stay, we appreciated the warmth of our flat. We unfortunately left both sets of keys in the flat one day and within a hour Elba’s husband made it through horrific traffic to let us in. Thank you Pascal, Elba and Roberto for making our Valencia home so wonderful.

The apartment was modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and extras were provided, such as fruit, water, spices, etc.Take the time to explore the neighborhood, lots of eating places, markets and more. We were sorry that we were there only for 5 days.
