The hotel’s location is perfect—right on the square and very close to many restaurants. The property is beautiful inside and out, but we had many issues. To start, there are only two elevators and one of them wasn’t working. The air conditioning in our room also didn’t work. I called the front desk to request a room change, and they told me it was a central problem they had been dealing with for several days. Their solution was to send a pedestal fan (photo attached). On two nights, the power went out in the early hours, so the fan turned off as well. On the second day, the TV lost its Wi-Fi connection and it took them half a day to restore it. A very nice hotel in a great location, but overall a poor experience. First and las time there.

We LOVED this location! Right in the heart of the action, with a bar connected and a restaurant too if you didn't feel like walking far. Our room was lovely, everything looked perfect and our room was cleaned each day by staff. We loved opening the window to hear the street noise below during our siestas! Only 15 min to the airport. Would highly recommend!
