Good hotel, bar staff are friendly. Hotel is near the Túria gardens and just a 15 min walk to the nearest metro (maritim sereria). Spa circuit is good but some elements were not working. Drinks are fair prices and good measures. We opted for room only as there are lots of cafes in the area.

From the airport, take metro line 5 to Marítim - Serrería station, exit, and walk 2 minutes to the 99 bus stop, which is a four-stop ride to the hotel. City of Arts and Sciences is walkable, with two large Shopping centres, a 2-minute walk.

What can I say the stay at the hotel was stressless the only problem we had was air conditioning was not working but was fixed within an hour of we informed them this is the 2nd time staying and will definitely recommend and we will be going again next year thanks for a pleasant stay

The hotel was lovely. The terrace and pool area provided a welcome relief from the sun. It was well maintained, with palm trees for shade, good seating and a bar.Hotel room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The air con was great! The breakfast buffet had lots of choice for all tastes. Very convenient for sites, shopping and transport.Half hour walk to beach. Really enjoyed my stay here.

A breeze in hot Valencia

Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze! Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Theres a spa downstairs with a sauna and steam room, massages, etc. Theres an ourdoor pool with a bar and a nice shaded seating area with lounge sofas. We didnt eat at the hotel restaurant, but the hotel bar inside was nice with friendly service. Breakfastcwas not too expensive to add and it was pretty good. Variety of baked goods, cheese, cold cut meats, eggs, and 3 drink stations dispersed around the room. We were on the top floor, so the views were spectacular! Plenty of floor to ceiling windows that opened to fresh air and and the bussle of the city. Next door was a large shopping mall and across the street was an iutdoor shopping mall. Bus stations were close and the hotel had a bike rental service as well.
