Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained.

The rooms are small but well equipped and very clean The hotel is in an excellent central location in the old town, quiet at night busy during the day however it is a city so to be expected. Breakfast was good but limited options. Staff are excellent. The hotel bar and restaurant are open to non residents so there is always a good atmosphere, both the food and drink here are very good.

LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there again.

Helen Berger is a super little boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia. Perfectly placed for all the sites of the old town and further. Rooms are small, very clean and quietly sophisticated. Staff were very helpful at all times providing seamless check-in, bike hire and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is popular with locals and provides a relaxed bar experience.
