An intelligent design guarantees privacy and comfort for each guest. In the attic, a double bed creates an elevated and welcoming refuge, visually and emotionally separated from the rest of the space. In the main area, a sofa bed expands the accommodation capacity, while a dividing piece of furniture discreetly frames the queen size bed, offering a suite-like feeling within the same environment.

This apartment is ideal for couples, friends, families with children, or travellers who value design, silence, and comfort.



Open the door and simply cross the street to find the Turia Garden, the green lung of the city. A walk to inspire you, breathe deeply, exercise or simply let yourself be carried away by Valencia's gentle rhythm.

The rate is based on double occupancy (two guests). From the third person onwards, a supplement of €25 per night and per additional guest is applied.



Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the terraces. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a surcharge of €150.



We have a high chair and a cot, subject to availability, with an additional cost of €49 and €19 respectively.



The apartment features a smart design that ensures privacy and comfort:

- Semi-private main bedroom in the central space, separated from the living room by a rotating TV furniture that visually divides both environments.

- Second bedroom in a mezzanine, accessed by stairs, with a double bed that offers an elevated and cosy refuge.

- Sofa bed in the living area to expand accommodation capacity.



We do not accept groups of young people under 25 years old.



The accommodation is next to the cleaning staff work area, which not always but during hours from 11 to 15, there may be movement as the stored material will be needed for the preparation and cleaning of other accommodations.



In the event of non-compliance with our terms and conditions, internal rules or any applicable local, international or other regulations, we reserve the right to cancel the stay before check-in or during the same.
