Lovely place, great service from mngt. Company

Great apartment on 1st floor, spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is great, there’s a wonderful patio off the living room and kitchen. The windows are double paned so any outdoor noise is blocked. Loved the management company, she was incredibly helpful and answered questions right away.

Valencia stay

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment - great location, communicative and helpful hosts, roomy and comfortable apartment with a lovely balcony - all within easy walking or metro distance from historic center and other attractions. The hosts were responsive and very helpful - even provided useful city guides and restaurant recommendations! We would highly recommend and are looking forward to our next visit!

Good stay some issues

This is a nicely appointed apartment in a great central location. Plenty of room and seating for everyone. However, upon arrival apartment had strong cat litter, maybe sewer smell. We were told renovation in another apt caused broken pipe. In addition, we began seeing ants in kitchen and living room after first day-perhaps the heat and drought outside. Although management company was quickly responsive, they offered no remediation. Our stay was short so we did not push it.

Extremely satisfied, great apartment.

We would definitely rebook and recommend to friends. Apartment is updated, remodeled and in a great neighborhood. It has a lot of light and a spacious back patio. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We received good introductory information and felt welcomed and able to reach out if we had questions.

Perfect location, fantastic helpful host team.

The property sits in a great local neighborhood with super market, fresh fruit and vegetable shops all nearby. Great bakeries with fresh local delights and coffees abound. Most of the well known tourist sites are walkable or a short taxi ride away. The numerous restaurants near the flat offer the perfect combination of spanish specialties that were all delightful and affordable. We highly recommend it.

Gute Lage mit kurzem Weg in die Altstadt-ca.20 min zu Fuß, Busstationen und Metro in der Nähe, Schöne Joggingstrecke in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Wohnung sauber, leider kein Abzug im Bad,kaum Straßengeräusche durch doppelte Fenster mit Abdunkelung, Betten bequem, Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz,Immer rascher Kontakt Leider waren die Vertragsunterlagen sehr aufwändig auszufüllen : beinhalten Passnummer und Unterschrift jedes einzelnen GastesInsgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

Très bon séjour dans un quartier calme de Valencia

Très bel appartement de bonne taille pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Une supérette et une boulangerie se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied. Le quartier est calme et à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville.

Zeer mooie vakantie woning in bruisende buurt

Zeer leuk verblijf gehad in een bruisende buurt, maar eens je het appartement binnen komt zit je in een oase van rust op je eigen terras. De wandeling naar het historisch centrum duurt 5 minuten en is perfect te doen. Ook openbaar vervoer is op 2 minuten afstand om naar de luchthaven te geraken!

Grand appartement avec terrasse. Aucun problème pour prendre et retour des clefs de façon indépendante. Entièrement climatisé. Bon réseau Wifi. Très calme et idéalement situé à 15' de marche environ du centre. Station de métro à proximité. Cuisine bien équipée. Literie très confortable. Propre. Communication rapide et efficace. Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet environment

Comfortable and clean 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet street in walking distance (15 min.) to the historic center. Very good communication with host and very easy check-in/out. We would have appreciated if the air condition, which was smelly, had been checked before our arrival as it is obviously a well known issue. But nevertheless a very good option for a stay in Valencia.
