Sound travels badly between apartments, particularly scraping of furniture and loud foot noise from heeled shoes. Soft pads on chairs & tables would help. There was no information on how to use any equipment - Induction hob was a mystery so we could not use it and Induction frying pans were filthy. An information pack would be useful. Fridge opened the wrong way to reach from the kitchen! No bread knife or corkscrew(!) was provided. An intro pack of tea, coffee sugar and milk sachets would have been appreciated. No drawer space so we had to leave clothes in suitcases. Shower was very dark with a rainfall overhead, plus handheld head which only pointed at the door, making showering without getting hair wet very tricky. Shower caps would be useful! 'Bedside' lights very bright as in ceiling, Reading impossible without disturbing my partner. Cleaners were good.

Poor all around hotel

Bad company. Poor staff. Nothing works. No iron, safe not working, poor Internet. Only one towel over a 3 days stay. If you want another you have to pay 3 euros. Reception staff were quite rude too. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very good, shame about the noisy neighbours!

Great location, lovely apartment, and easy virtual check in. Kitchen could have done with a proper cooker vs the microwave oven. Only real issue was we had noisy neighbours, who got drunk and were shouting randomly throughout the evening

Excellent value in the Old Town

A well located block in a quiet street close to all the sights of the Old Town. The rooms are not well soundproofed but our bedroom was tucked away and we were not disturbed. Air con very welcome given the heat of summer. It is not brilliantly well equipped but has all the basics you need and a Carrefour express close by for supplies. We needed help to work out the perculator as there is no coffee machine! The bed was hard but with the topper we found in a cupboard it was comfortable enough. Room cleaned and linen changed regularly. All in all a good experience and we'd go back again.

I booked the room at the last minute. I showed up at noon and even though check in was at 3 p.m. the room was ready so they let me check in early. The bedroom has lots of storage space and includes a mattress for the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was very friendly and walked me through check out. The kitchen was well equipped and they even provide laundry soap. The a/c worked great and you can adjust the digital thermostat. The only small issue I have is the smell of cigarette smoke from the a/c vent inside the room. While this is a non-smoking room, I suspect their HBAC exhausts and vents are all interconnected. The other minor inconvenience is that the office was not open when I checked out at 10:40 a.m. so so cannot leave my luggage. But this is a courtesy service so I don’t ding them for it.

The people working the front desk(s) of this property were *exceedingly* helpful, and they were more than willing to work with visitors whose spanish was awful like mine. The hotel/apartment was plenty spacious for a single traveler like myself, and while it was a little difficult to find the building the first time, the desk workers were capable and willing to guide me right to it. Excellent experience overall.

I liked it.

After a bad start due to the neighbouring apartment making a lot of noise having a techno rave party for six hours I had a good stay. I complained about this through a check-in review and fortunately it was read and I was moved to a new room by the manager personally. The apartment walls are very thin with every sound can be heard throughout the building, it is down to luck if to weather you are put next to someone noisy. Everything else was great. Would stay again.

Well appointed apartment with good amenities.

Apartment was in a great position for exploring the city. Very clean with frequent changes of towels. No staff at reception during our stay. Would have been good to have some face to face contact. Noise of scraping of furniture, doors closing and footsteps could be annoying. Marble floors!! Simple pads on chairs would have made a difference especially early morning. Overall to be recommended however. Handy for local restaurants and mini market opening this weekend!!

I will never return to this property again. Their lack of proper communication and rudeness in terrible. At check in, they did not have my reservation and had to call them. At check out, there was no one and I called reception and they said to rudely leave keys even though it is not listed anywhere. There 5 floors and you have figure out which is your room place. The noise was so loud it was very difficult to sleep between the people outside our door at all hours and the bars/restaurants outside. During my morning shower, after just 5-8 minutes there was no more hot water. I had to rinse my shampooed hair in cold water. I requested via expedia if there were luggage storage and they failed to respond. I would have choosen a different place if I knew that they did not. I lost 1/2 day of sightseeing. The laundry room is a joke. The washing machine would not open so I put in $3 put in my clothes and it asked for $3 more ! What!!! When I asked for refund Caroline told me to read the instructions for detergent which is totally different than what I asked for? Dryer sucked too. I put in $3 for 1 load of laundry and the close was still damp. I had to hang them all over the place to dry which by morning of check was still damp. I will have to do more laundry on my vacation because their machines sucks. I paid $9 for a load of laundry that was still damp. If you want a good night sleep go somewhere else.

Recommend it for a fair price and a great location

This hotel was very clean and in a great location. I am a female solo traveler, and I felt safe there. I had to work a little bit on my computer, and the wifi worked well. The only problem I had was the lady working in the office. She was not very helpful. I only saw the office open one time during the three days I was there.

A little complicated to get to because it’s in the old/historical part of town. The GPS won’t lead you to the right place. But once you are there, it is such a good location. We were only there for a night and we were right in the middle of what you want to see. Very clean and practical place to stay, very modern.
