The staff at the hotel were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to everything, the sites, great restaurants, shopping, buses and the train station. We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again when we travel back to beautiful Valencia.

The room was outstanding with plenty of space to move around, amenities like coffee machine, a refrigerator, strong wifi and clean bathroom and toilet. The hotel is situated in a great area where banks, the Eaton Center and a plethora of dining options are available.

Bang in the centre of Valencia - parking is tricky if you are driving, ten mins away . Couldn’t get a better location - 8 min walk to the Cathedral . Breakfast was brilliant- great choice of hot and cold . Not the smartest plushest place but it was clean - had good showers and great air con . Beds and pillows were good quality

Probably the best hotel I stayed in while in Valencia. The location of the hotel was perfect! Everything was walkable. The staff were so nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was a perfect size with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in the area.

The noise was ridiculous I know it's busy and in the city but I have stayed in so many hotels across Spain and this the worst experience I have had . The noise outside and inside was just too loud ti sleep even with headphones. Also the first time I have ever been asked to leave a deposit for use of a kettle very poor.
