My flight was canceled so I didn’t make it to the hotel. I have another reservation when I leave Valencia so I hope to make that stay. Love this hotel! It is clean, the people are friendly and it is conveniently located in central Valencia. My husband and I keep coming back for those reasons.

Valencia, Estación Nord

A good breakfast was built into the price of the stay, which is nice, not a separate tack-on charge. Staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly, advising. Other staff is also very nice, cleaning and the breakfast attendants. The property is conveniently located close to the train station and old town. I would say the hotel manager or couples shouldn't sit at the one 4-person table in the breakfast area when larger parties are crammed around little tables. That's just inconsiderate and rude.

Great for Solo Travelers

Great location that is downtown, and walking distance from the Valencia Cathedral and Central Market. Very close to both metro and train stations. Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The staff were friendly and gave recommendations for places to go and eat.

It’s in an ideal place, close to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and all public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. Enjoyed the theme of famous cinema films throughout.

Comfortable and clean. We had a family room which had a large double bed in one room and bunk bed in a separate room for the kids. We had a balcony and generally lots of space in the room.

Fantastic stay and will definitely return! Staff are so so friendly, rooms were clean and fresh. Hotel is close to everything. I thought having toiletries by Rituals was a nice touch. Will absolutely come back.

The decor was very nice, and the room was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Valencia Nord station is a 3-minute walk away, and there are many places to eat nearby. Highly recommended place.

It's my second time in this hotel and I'll go back. The staff os very friendly and helpful. Local is great, breakfast has a lot of options. The only downside was the air-conditioning system, which was turning off during night and you had to get up and turn it on again.

Room service was great! I brought a bottle of wine from Villena and was able to order a bottle opener and wine glass from reception! The only improvement that would benefit greatly would be for the TVs to have an amazon fire stick with Netflix / Disney+ etc. to watch the movie of the themed room.
