The pros: the apartment is very spacious and has two big beds. The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a stunning view of the city and is in a great location. The cons: the check in was a disaster. I knew that we would arrive late, so the host arranged for me to pick up the keys after hours. The issue was it was in a property across town (very inconvenient) and the door code she gave us was incorrect so I couldn't even get in. Luckily I tried desperately for an hour to try random codes until I guessed the correct one. This crisis could have been averted with a more automated check in process. The apartment also had a rancid smell which never went away. And despite having a kitchen and coffee maker, no coffee pods or any useful kitchen staples were included- not even salt or oil. It seems like that usually is a standard practice for rental properties. Also be prepared because this unit is on the third floor and there's no elevator.

Since we wanted to see the area and not necessarily be at the beach, it was an excellent location to do that. The apartment was nice. The downside was three flights of stairs with our luggage. The apartment was comfortable, but the main bed is up in the loft which we did not use because we don’t wanna climb downstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. We were instructed to turn the AC off every time we left and it took us about five minutes to get the remote to turn it off for some reason. The host was very sweet and helpful and overall we were very happy with the place.

We had a wonderful stay in Valencia! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The flat was spacious, and comfortable, with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice balcony. Traveling with our 1-year-old was easy, as the host provided a crib, which was a huge help. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone visiting Valencia!

Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Loft/Aparment is very spacious with kitchen : that includes washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and a sink! Plus a large dining table with a living area. It’s located in a walkable area with multiple bars at walking distance but must say that, night time, the area that’s around the apartment is quieter.

What a wonderful apartment, steps away from excellent bars and restaurants and sights close by. Better than the pictures, super little balcony to people watch. Excellent communication and we see able to drop bags earlier too, Thank-you. Great recommendations for restaurants well worth exploring. A beautiful City, we will return and definitely stay again

Very spacious and lovely apartment, located within walking distance of many attractions. Bus is close also. The owners are amazing in their caring service and made sure we felt safe and that we had a great stay. There are many stairs, so be prepared. Also the street sounds of Valencia at night are heard, though we didn’t mind, some might. We had a wonderful time and we’re at home at Bubuflats Mossen. Thank you!

Great place to rest and rejuvenate

Great place to stay. Very central to all the main visitor attractions. Bed was so comfortable and room was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. 50+ stone steps to the apartment door so be prepared for a workout!!

Amazing place to stay

Valencia is an amazing city with so much to see and do! Bubuflats is in a vibrant and lively part of the city. We stayed in a beautiful apartment which was our base for lots of exploring. A nice stroll around the area reveals lots of bars and restaurants within its winding streets and many must see places ( such as the cathedral ) only a short walk away. The host made us very welcome and was very kind allowing a slightly later than planned check in and arranged a taxi to and from the airport. It was such a happy holiday for us.

We really liked the location. It was ideal to go anywhere for tours or dining. We walked everywhere. The host was really helpful. I would only mention that the shower facility could’ve been better. But it was overall a great place for us.

A gorgeous apartment in a great location, in the heart of the atmospheric old town. There are lots of small, local shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The hosts are really friendly and helpful, and the key handover arrangements were very straightforward. Airport transfers and bike hire are also available. I love the city and the apartment, and will definitely return!

A really good place to relax and be a part of the city. The owners are very nice and helpful. Location is great, in the middle of historic Valencia. If you're visiting and have a car with you, be sure to figure out parking ahead of time, as the area as a whole wasn't built with cars in mind.

The apartment shown above was not the one we were given. we asked for a bath and got a useless shower which did not work properly there was 56 STAIRS to get to your front door The place was not somewhere we would recommend

Beautiful place. Everything was put and arrange really carefully. It has a nice living room, dining room and kitchen. Perfect for families or a couple. But just keep in mind there is no elevator and the stairs are narrow, so if you have a baby with stroller or reduce mobility will be difficult.
