LOVED THIS PLACE!! The only downside is it’s so close to the cathedral and you hear the bells in the morning (8 am). The rest truly, 10/10. If you wake up early, go ahead and book this place!

We only stayed one night during the World Cup so it was an experience never to be forgotten. The unit was good for our intended need. My biggest complaint was the A/C, it did NOT work or blow cold and during this heat wave, we needed it. The bathroom sink was a slow drain and the shower door wouldn’t close all the way. Except the A/C, everything else was minor. We did not report it as we were only there for the night. Otherwise, great location, easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff was friendly and met us at the unit to explain everything.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment expecting there to be 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately they consider the bunk bed 3 beds, so in reality, there were only 2 bedrooms and 3 beds + a pull out sofa bed if needed. The shower in the bathroom was dark and hard to see while showering. There was also sewage odor that would start getting stronger as the day progressed. Lastly? The WiFi was very spotty, lots of issues even loading short video clips on instagram. Plus side is that this place is centrally located to a lot of different sites.

The apartment was located on the 3rd floor of the building which could be accessed by lift or by a lovely marble staircase. We were met by Eduardo and he gave us a tour of the apartment. He was super friendly and gave us some really great advice on places to visit, restaurants and best places to pick up provisions. On entering the apartment we were extremely pleased to see that the property was as described and matched the pictures. In terms of location is couldn’t have been more perfect - right off the main square (2 mins away) and the same time by foot to stunning Valencia Cathedral

I don’t think it’s possible to be better located! Easy access to the old town, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and the Mercat Central. Perfect. Less than perfect was the air conditioning… it just couldn’t keep up with the early June heatwave we were going through. Thankfully there were a few fans in the room and we were able to keep cool. The wifi was terrible, borderline unusable. We stuck to 5G. Lighting in the apartment was strange… no light over the dining table and generally dim. We could have used more electric outlets (or at least more practically located ones). Overall, those were minor quibbles. The location more than made up those shortcomings,

Location is perfect for the Ultimate Valencia Experience. Excellent to have cooking facilities as well as laundry ensuite. Staff are super friendly but only available on request for initial meet-and-greet.
