This was the most awful hotel we ever stayed at The room smelled bad, the soap in the shower was empty and the breakfasts was very bad not worth the price. Never again we will book at Premier Classic again.

Arrived after midnight. It took the lady 30 minutes to find our reservation, after telling us multiple times that there was no reservation. Then she could not find that it was already paid for. So she told us her colleagues probably messed up things. Then she went out for at least five minutes to find out what happened to our reserved room. Turned out it was given to someone else. So she had to give us a different room, that was fortunately still available. She apologized, but all this fuss was so unnecessary, time consuming and very unprofessional. After 45 minutes we could finally !!!!!!! go to bed. Unacceptable!!! We were the only ones there to check in. Never again at this place!

Un hôtel pour une nuit. Les personnes à l’accueil étaient très aimables. Mais il n’empêche que l’hôtel et certains résidents bruyants ne font pas rêver. Après la chambre était sommaire mais propre. Une climatisation qui fonctionnait parfaitement bien et en silence. Une douche basique. Les lits pour 3 sont aussi très basiques. Au final satisfaisant pour une nuit mais pas plus.

Bonsoir, je suis client chez première classe et j’ai eu un désagrément avec un agent de sécurité ou de réception qui s’appelle Nicolas sur hôtel, première classe Valence Est réceptionniste ou agent de sécurité me refuse d’avoir un verre car je n’ai pas payé le petit déjeuner. C’est inadmissible.

Le rapport qualité prix est conforme à ce qu'on peut attendre de ce type d'établissement pour une soirée étape. Le petit dejeuner avec des produits made in France est appréciable. Le personnel était sympathique.
