Maison Longère Avec du Charme de la Tranquillité et de L'espace

The house is located in the place called La Brosse d'Enfer in Saint Pierre à Champ.
It dates from 1789 and was at the heart of the wars of the Vendée.
Its exposed beams make it all its charm.
It is very spacious with a large air-conditioned bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub on the 1st floor, a second bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washer on the first floor.
You will also find a room with a sofa bed on the first floor.
A large lounge area with TV, wi-fi access and a large farmhouse table on the first floor.
The kitchen is also very spacious and functional with a large American fridge. From this kitchen you have access to the outdoor terrace, covered, and also a large table and a barbecue.
