La Península is a villa built on a hilltop overlooking the sea, offering picture-perfect views. This small, private seaside paradise, spanning 3,000 m2, features direct access to its own cove. Its architecture is designed so that the fascinating landscape—which changes throughout the day—flows into the cozy interiors through large windows. Nestled on the Pechón Peninsula, one of the most beautiful and best-kept secrets of the Cantabrian coast, the fresh waters of the Nansa River meet the Cantabrian Sea at its feet, creating a scene of white foam and turquoise waters that contrasts with the lush forests surrounding the property. In the garden atop the cliff, there’s a spectacular heated pool that opens onto the Cantabrian Sea, a vegetable garden where you can pick tomatoes or lettuce grown right here, and a bench facing the sea where sitting back and unwinding becomes a ritual. With the sea as a constant backdrop, La Península is the perfect retreat for both a family gathering and a trip with friends. La Península can accommodate up to 8 guests (Wishome capacity), expandable to a maximum of 21. What do we mean by “Wishome capacity”? We’ve created this concept to define the number of guests that ensures our home always feels welcoming, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity. It features 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, and a terrace. On the lower level, there is a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds and an en suite bathroom, as well as the kitchen with its breakfast nook, the dining room, a living area, and a terrace. It also features a bedroom in the watchtower with a sofa bed and a loft near the pool that houses a twin bed, a sofa bed, and a bathroom. By the pool, there is a large dining area, a barbecue, and a children’s play area. Our villa features a private garden, a heated pool, two outdoor dining areas, one spacious terrace, a living room with a fireplace, an organic vegetable garden, and private access to the cove.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a safe and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
