Ideally located 30 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 35 minutes from the city center of Annecy or 20 minutes from Albertville.

You will find the bike path a few steps away as well as a bakery and several restaurants nearby.

Composed of a warm living room with a sofa bed, (with mattress topper) a fully equipped and tastefully furnished kitchen. You will find a 2-burner electric hob, a fridge, a microwave and plenty of storage space.

A separate bedroom, equipped with electric shutters, a double bed and ample storage. You can enjoy the view of the mountains when you wake up.
