Unit Layout
This luxurious 7-room chalet spans 300 m2 and features tasteful furnishings throughout. The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a hi-fi system, with an exit leading to a south-facing terrace. There is also a lounge area equipped with cable TV, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The open kitchen is well-appointed with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a supply of Nespresso capsules (additional capsules can be purchased separately). The chalet has floor heating for added comfort. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a room with a French bed and a bathroom with a WC. There's also a separate shower room with a WC and a sauna for your relaxation. The upper floor houses two double bedrooms, each with a French bed and an en-suite bath/shower/WC, as well as access to a balcony. Additionally, there are two more rooms on this floor, one with two beds and a bath/shower/WC, and the other with two beds and a shower/WC. The 2nd upper floor features a small gallery. Just an example of the chalet's outdoor spaces include a south-facing balcony and an east-facing terrace.
