This 200 m² furnished property offers 9 rooms, sleeping 16 adults plus 2–3 extra beds for children. Located in Val Cenis, in the quiet, authentic village of Sardières, it features quality amenities with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You’ll enjoy stunning views.



The residence is at the foot of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, as well as hiking and mountain biking paths. Alpine skiing is 4 km away (Aussois area) or 5 km (Val Cenis). Many activities are available in both summer and winter. The Vanoise National Park is just 1 km away, reachable on foot or by car in summer.



Près du Mélèze consists of two connected apartments:

- 1 living room for 8–10 people and a fireplace area for 3–4

- 2 large equipped kitchens (fondue & raclette sets, two bean-to-cup coffee machines), tables for 16 and 10 guests
