Vakantiewoning N°4 is a recently renovated holiday home in Zonnebeke, in the green countryside near Ypres, made for families and groups of friends (up to 8 people). Inside, you'll find light and space: a cosy living room, a modern kitchen and three bedrooms. Outside are a private garden and a terrace, with free parking and a private garage at the house. Ideal for a weekend or a week exploring Flanders Fields. Please note: this is a quiet family home, not a party venue.



The Space:

Bedrooms & living area

The house has three bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a large bed of 180 cm and its own bathroom access. Upstairs are a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm and a bedroom with two bunk beds of 90 cm. Eight guests sleep comfortably, each with their own space.

The interior is light and fully renovated. The cosy living room is made for time together.



Fully equipped, just like home

Bed linen and towels are ready for you: all you need to bring is your suitcase. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking together or a long aperitif. A laptop friendly workspace is available.



Garden & terrace

The private garden and the terrace give you plenty of room outside. There is a BBQ for long summer evenings.

Guest Access:

Arrival is fully self-service. The key is in a key box. You receive the code in the guest app before arrival. You choose your own arrival time, no appointment needed.

You have the entire house, the garden, the terrace and the garage to yourself. There are no shared spaces with other guests or an owner.



The Neighborhood:

You'll stay on Fonteineweg in Zonnebeke, in the quiet Flemish countryside near Ypres. The area is green, with villages, cycling routes and memorial sites. A good base if your group wants space and a garden while exploring Flanders Fields.



Getting Around:

A car is the most practical way to get around. Free parking and a private garage are at the house. Ypres is a short drive away for shops and restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later on request, when possible.

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

We may ask for a valid ID on arrival.

Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours from 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Only registered guests may stay overnight, with a maximum of 8 guests.

We're here whenever you need us, but we're happy to let you enjoy your stay in peace. Before arrival, you'll receive all practical information and your access code. During your stay, you can reach us through the messaging system of your booking platform. For urgent matters, our emergency line is available 24/7.
