Located at the base of the pre alps(Dolomites), this hotel is wonderful. On site parking, immaculate and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is plentiful. Many stunning, natural wonders here. Not to be missed!

We spend a single night, with a late arrival and early leaving. The women (and the cat Jack) working at the place were very nice and friendly. We had some issues with our booking, as the place had not received it though we got a confirmation from hotels.com, at the night of our arrival. There are lots of parking. The beds were not super comfy.

Room had a bug. Bathroom had already a few hairs at my arrival. On site parking was booked for a movie scene being shot the day after but had not warned the evening before.. Therefore they woke me up and had me park somewhere else. Personell was not able to swiftly check me out because the manager was away.

The area the hotel was in was not the best, I would not go outside after dark. It’s also a good distance from everything so if you plan on going anywhere I wouldn’t stay there. I was not aware that my husband could not have breakfast with me, until the front desk threatened to charge me extra. The front desk also threatened to charge me for a double occupancy because my husband was stopping by to see me during the day. He was having to stay somewhere else due to work. After informing the front desk he was just visiting, he angerly stated that he “gave me” the larger bed because of my extended stay and I should be thankful. I had PAID for the larger bed so I would have room to sleep. After that I just avoided the front desk. The night before I left I asked if I could go ahead and check out for the next day. All he said was I could check out at any time, he never confirmed with me if he in fact had checked me out of my room. Overall I would not stay here again.

Basic accommodations for a good price.

We used this location as a one-night stopover on our way to Aviano. It was cheap and included breakfast. The accommodations were basic and with the price we paid, it is what we expected. We had three twin beds which were very small (big and tall people, be warned) and space was limited. The bathroom was super small, with standing shower that also only fits little people. The area outside was ok; there was a pizzeria and pub within a couple of hundred meters (pizza was ok and pub was loud and could be heard from the hotel). We had a room facing the road - it was also loud when we opened the window, which we had to do because it was warm in September and AC units were already turned off (there were no fans provided). However, we preferred that to the pub noise, so be warned if you are a light sleeper or do not use a sound machine - you may need to ask for a room towards the back and away from the road. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Italian and very friendly. The front desk person spoke English well and expedited our check in since we arrived late during their hours. He was also friendly. We missed breakfast but the spread looked ample and they offered us some coffee and croissants which was very fresh. We would return.

If you’re looking for seclusion, this is the place to stay. Very quiet, courteous and professional staff who always makes you feel welcomed. This would be a great place to stay to get away from the world and still have everything you need. I’ll definitely stay again if needed.

Please notice that the check in is before 20:00. The hotel was pretty basic - as you can expect with this price. Still nothing to complain. Lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious.
