The worst place i have stayed. Service suck the house cleaning sucked and restaurant not been open and was never told was horrible. You can’t even get a drink at the hotel until 3 PM. They don’t have alcohol in the room. When you order room service, they won’t bring you salt or silverware. And your order will get messed up. Definitely do not stay there so many better places in Vail than the Sebastian. I even say that the razors they have I wouldn’t even put on my face cause it cut them up so bad. They are very cheap hotel with a high rating that needs to be reviewed and revoked.

Very interesting experience. First off, was given the wrong room. Was told that they were short staffed in house keeping and I have to wait for my room to be cleaned. It’s the offseason, checkout is at 11 AM, we checked in at 4. To make it right, they offered me an upgraded room, which was just the room I reserved. Fine. Staff does not acknowledge “do not disturb” sign. Knocked on my door and woke us up three times to drop off a bowl that we requested 1 night before and never came. It could be worse but given the price and the star rating it was a disappointing experience. I paid a lot of money for a below average experience.

great rooms, very nice beds, staff mostly very helpful. Shower did not work - only got tepid warm, no hot water. The coffee service in lobby was spotty - and when no coffee, the front desk did not seem to care much - so did not taken care of - said to go out local coffee shop. Not acceptable for such a fine hotel, but still a nice place to stay

We will be back! The location is great for exploring the Vail Village and located near several dining options. We enjoyed the lobby lounge areas as well as the live music from the bar lounge. The rooms were clean and the maid service each day was nice. Thanks to all the staff!!
