The hotel is very old and not worth the money we were charged. It is outdated and in need of may repairs. We had to leave our stay early because the pipes in the room were so loud we couldn't sleep.

It needs a renovation! The room itself was fine, but the rest of the hotel is dated and definitely needs new carpet and stairs (instead of masked with black masking tape). They also need additional help at the front desk and overall customer service execution.

Staff is excellent and the best hot chocolate in town at 3:30 in lobby. The pool and hot tubs are great. Gym great. Location amazing close to gondola shopping restaurants! The only thing that I would suggest is rooms probably need a refresh and renovation but truly everything was great and would return.
