This was our first stay at The Arrabelle and we can't say enough great things about this property! The staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, spotless and centrally located on the property and the Tavern dining was delicious. The spa staff were very accommodating and attentive as were the bellmen and the shuttle drivers. We look forward to coming back!

Upon making our reservations, we shared that we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. We also asked for a list of restaurants that were open since it was the shoulder season. The Hotel responded sharing that they would be glad to provide us a list of restaurants upon our arrival. Upon our arrival, not only was there no list of restaurants provided or shared, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of our Anniversary. When we stayed at the Broadmoor to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the Broadmoor upgraded us to a cottage. If you’re familiar with the Broadmoor, the cottages are multiple thousands of dollars per night. Over the three days we saw various different staff at the makeshift front desk. ( There was no note of any construction at the time we made our reservations.) And not once were we asked how our stay was going. This is our second stay at this beautiful hotel but unfortunately it may be our last. The customer service at the front desk was zero and frankly, overall we were very disappointed in the whole experience.

I knew service was “limited”. I thought perhaps no room service or limited menu… There was no food, drinks,even soda machine! No ice on our floor. Machine was broken and the valet Jeff brought what he could find. He was the best. The only employee who was actually nice. Worst coffee in any hotel we’ve stayed in. They were out of coffee downstairs one day. The next day it was horrible. No makeup mirror. Bed wasn’t even good. We like to come up during the off season to help out locals and not have so many people in Vail. I’ve stayed in rooms from basic at Fairfield inn to exclusive hotels in Paris and this was my biggest disappointment ever. The only good thing was they had a nice set up for our dog. Much nicer than most. That’s definitely not what is going to bring me back. I usually leave nice reviews but this hotel is a total waste of money! Not even a gift shop to buy a soda or aspirin. Nothing about this is a luxury hotel. Except the price. Which I don’t mind paying if it’s quality. Next time don’t say it’s limited services- be honest and say NO services at all. On anything!

Terrific staff. The valet during my third day was especially good at his job. Unfortunately, i came during their off-season so amenities were more limited. Regardless, it was quite a good stay with a beautiful room, beautiful surroundings, and reasonable accommodations.
