We have stayed at the Arrabelle now 3 times and it just keeps getting better. The location is unbeatable. Steps away from the gondola and ski school. The breakfast is also top notch. We love this place so much that we keep returning each year.

Horrible check in process. Spent around 30 minutes at the front desk. Asked for a 1 hr late checkout which was refused. (Hotel wasn’t busy) Opened the door at 10:57 to leave with the maid standing there telling us we had 3 minutes to be out of the room. Room was very clean and the bell staff is excellent. Just a very inconsistent experience from day to day.

The room was exceptional, but the service was lacking. We ordered room service and by the time they brought the items we needed the food was cold. Several times the keys stopped working to the room so we had to go downstairs have it re-keyed, no apology no explanation, no caring. Staff can and should do much better.

Ski slopes were easy to walk to and the ski valet option made a big difference at the end of the day. We ate dinner at the hotel twice because it was excellent and convenient.

The room was fabulous! Very clean and comfortable. Very close. To the Gondola and the hotel has a Ski Valet service. The Tavern offers delicious food (The Onion Soup was delicious) and a market to pick up other things is about a 3 minute walk.
