Family Vacation

Sandy was an incredible and gracious host. She was extremely communicative (despite my delays in response). She gave great thoughtful suggestions, and we were welcomed with a sweet welcome gift and beautiful note. The beds were very comfortable, probably the best I have slept in at a rental property; so, we all slept perfectly after a days on the slopes. The apartment is beautifully decorated and perfect for a group. The property also offers additional products and cooking gear if you desire to make something special. The concierge at the property assisted with making reservations and connecting me with someone to have balloons in the unit. Despite not being in the heart of Lionshead, it is a very short walk or they have shuttles that will take you to the lift and a ski valet on the hill. The amenities and unit at the property definitely make up for that. I would not let that detour you as it was not an issue. We had a lovely trip and are hoping to go back in the future.

Great stay at the Ritz

This is a three bedroom, three and a half bathroom condo. The beds are 2 kings and 2 queens. Two of the bathrooms have heated floors. The condo is fully furnished, including all supplies such as coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, etc. The front desk or housekeeping was also able to furnish other items such as a humidifier, matches, batteries, etc. The sequence for getting to the slope is: go next door to the boot valet where your ski boots are stored and put on your ski boots; the Ritz shuttle takes you to Lionshead, very close to the gondola (not the public bus stop at the parking structure) so only a very short walk; pick up your skis at the Ritz tent right next to the gondola. Public transport is very convenient since there is a stop at the Hythe hotel next door. Busses run every few minutes into town.

Perfect location near Lionshead

Beautiful, newly furnished condominium. Nice cleaning service, all amenities better than expected, the shuttle to Vail Village is only a few minutes and runs constantly. Makes life easy. Not for rowdy crowds, elegant and sophisticated. Owners fantastic and helpful.

Spacious, luxurious and convenient

This place is in the very well appointed Ritz Carlton Residences in Lionshead. It's in a great location because you're a three minute walk from Lionshead Village but away from all of the crowds. We were there during Presidents Week 2019, and while the mountain was crawling with people, we never felt crowded at the Rtiz. The staff is incredibly attentive, and there is a shuttle at your beck and call for any rides you may require anywhere in Vail. The amenities are also plentiful: there's a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, full game room for kids, nice little bar for apres snacks and drinks and a full spa. Sandy, the owner is a great host and made sure everything was in order for our stay. If you're looking for convenience to the mountain and restaurants but want to be able to get away from the crowds, this is the place!
