We visited Tivoli Lodge during October shoulder season and really enjoyed it. The hotel is boutique (~65 rooms), newer (constructed 2014 I think) and in good condition with nice details and touches. Ownership lives on site on the 5th floor and the staff all seems to be very attentive and service oriented. The rooms are exceptionally quiet due to concrete construction. The location is very convenient and walkable to the Vail Village restaurants, shopping and ski lifts. It is a very dog friendly.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property was located perfectly within the Vail village. We took advantage of the hot tub after a long day. We would definitely return to this property.

No Mountain View. Did not use hot tub Tricky entrance and exit to hot tub, Very friendly and chatty valet, lots of great information and quite entertaining Front desk did not introduce herself and immediately started addressing the valet charge and whether I wanted it or not. Toilet did not flush in the morning and was told someone would come up and Fix it. Went downstairs again, asked for the manager, he stated someone was upstairs fixing it ( was not), he was quite rude, never offered an alternative rest room, after I expressed my disapproval, he did offer to “comp my valet parking) I packed and left 2 hours early, and the toilet was never fixed

The staff were super friendly. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft. Location is right downtown Vail and we eaily walked everywhere. We were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

This was our second time staying at Tivoli Lodge, and it was wonderful as usual. Excellent customer service, very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and eager to accommodate. The place is beautiful, love that they are dog friendly. We even brought a toy for Racer ( chocolate lab 3 rd generation) the lodge official greeter. Got a chance to chat with Diane the lodge owner, always a pleasure. We will be there again next October! ❤️
