This spacious luxury cottage for 10+4 people is located just behind the dyke and only 100 metres from one of Denmark's best beaches.



In addition to its ideal location close to fresh air and salt water, the cottage is also close to shopping facilities and the cosy holiday resort of Marielyst. The house is ideal for a family holiday. The house is equipped with 7 bedrooms divided into 2 sleeping areas with an additional 4 beds in the loft. There is an adjoining bathroom in each sleeping area. In the centre of the house is the open kitchen area. There is room for several families to cook together as the kitchen has two ovens, an extra-large hob, two dishwashers, two sinks and a good fridge/freezer. Meals can be enjoyed at the long dining table.



Weather permitting, you can also enjoy your meal on the cosy and partially covered terrace of the house. A barbecue is also available there. The house's pool measures 18 m² and is equipped with a water slide and Roman steps. Further entertainment continues in the house's activity room. Here you can play table tennis, billiards and table football. You can also compete on the holiday home's PlayStation 4 if you bring your own games.



The holiday home is located in a car-free area, which means you park in a shared car park very close to your home. However, it is possible to unload your luggage at a turning point at the house.
