The check in and out process was easy and quick. The hotel was located near the center of town and was a short walk to the sights. You could also grab the bus nearby. The room was decent sized and comfortable. Water could’ve been hotter in the shower. Also, I asked if it’s easy to grab a taxi or uber from the train station to the hotel and they were like “we don’t know/have this info.” This seems like a basic thing for a hotel to know.

Hotel was very basic. Self-check in (i.e., no one at front desk at all). Fortunately, the workers from the cafe assisted me, otherwise I am not sure what I would have done because my confirmation number wasn't working on the self-check in. Room, including bathroom, was quite small. Location of hotel is outside of tourist area.

Staff is warm, friendly. Owner is there all day, every day ( at least for the 5 nights we stayed). Rooms are smaller than some - but who cares, youre just sleeping there anyway. Very quiet neighborhood. And the vibe (locals and guests) around the coffee shop part is awesome. We would go back.

Comfortable but cold, impersonal, no atmosphere.

While online check in functioned without a hitch, the fact that there was no one on duty at reception gave a cold and impersonal impression. It would have been helpful to have a receptionist there to advise re good restaurants and other services in the area - even a welcoming smile would have been appreciated! Our room was comfortable, impeccably clean and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was reasonably good, and the staff in the Coffee Shop were cheerful and friendly. The communal area looked comfortable and had an honest box for a very limited selection of drinks.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. An introverts dream and the rooms are tidy. The check-in process is completely seamless and requires no interaction with any staff. The internet is superb and the breakfast is really cute.

We arrived to find the check-in system malfunctioning, which continued for many hours. But the manager was there helping everyone get checked in. In the middle of the craziness, she helped everyone and made it a very pleasant experience. This general theme continued for our time there. The room is great and comfortable with the good linens. The breakfast is excellent. Will return next time. I’m in the area.

Memorable experience with the warmest welcome

Nice but fairly basic rooms each with a balcony. Good quality furnishing and lovely natural soap. Main draw is the adjoining coffee house which does brilliant coffee and really interesting food much of which is vegetarian and organic. All of the staff were really friendly and made you feel valued. Life music from a really good singer was a bonus ( he was really good). Breakfast was excellent with a second coffee offered and accepted. Hotel is a little bit expensive and could do with a note asking people not to stay out on the balcony past 11.00 talking. There is no air conditioning allied in Lichtenstein and you therefore need to sleep with the window open.
