This new villa (2025) reproduces the codes of the Provençal Mas. It seduces with the nobility of its materials, its tastefully chosen furniture, its cozy atmosphere and its high-end services.

The villa is located on a large plot of land with a view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Monts de Vaucluse. It has a carport and a lockable bicycle room.
It does not meet accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility (PRM) but it has a master suite on the first floor.

The villa is located in a residential area located south of the village of Vacqueyras, 300 meters from its historic center. It is the ideal starting point for walks (with direct access to the hill of Coste de Coa), cycling trips or even to travel by car along the famous Côtes du Rhône road.
