Days inn is the best hotel for your money in Uvalde. The parking place is huge and safe. The pool is always clean and equipped with towels, I just wished they stayed open till later during summer.

The room looks clean when you arrive but already looking at the sheets and mattresses are very stained and the tub fills with water like when it is covered they need to pay more attention to that we had to use some clean towels that I brought extra to be able to sleep because I didn't feel safe sleeping like that and we were already very tired

Our room was not cool. The a/c was trying but we had to sleep on the floor to keep cool. All that was provided was a fan. Mind you, it was 90° that night. The pool was dirty and the surrounding area had lots of trash. Not sure if this place is aware of sketchy activities going on. I did not feel safe even with the latch on. The employees were nice and could only do what they could. I would fault the staff more so the management.
